I am pleased that WPA is organizing its 21st World Congress at Cartagena, Colombia from 18-21 Oct 2021. The congress will have a general theme “New world, New Challenges for Psychiatry & Mental Health” and we will examine and discuss all the crucial issues in psychiatry and mental health.
